![]() If there is no qualified freshman student, then a sophomore cadet will be selected. ![]() Preference will be given to an incoming freshman student.įreshman 1st semester: Must be enrolled and participating in ROTC as a full-time student as defined by LHU and cadet must be enrolled in MILS104. Freshman 2nd semester: Must be enrolled and participating in ROTC as a full-time student as defined by LHU and at the beginning of the 2nd semester, cadet must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Cadet must be enrolled in MILS105 or other required course(s) at the time of entering 2nd semester. As requirements may change from year to year, cadet must meet all additional minimum requirements. Scholarship will be broken into equal parts and awarded at the start of each semester to ensure the awards criteria are being maintained. If needed, these finalists will be required to submit a letter of recommendation from a Lock Haven University faculty member.Ī scholarship for an ROTC cadet. The APSCUF Scholarship Committee may later interview seven or eight finalists. Students wishing to apply must submit the APSCUF Scholarship Application by 4 p.m.
